For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

“Feedback” means feedback, innovations or suggestions sent by You regarding our Service's attributes, performance, or features.

We provide faith-based, high-energy, and inspiring sessions for children aged 5 to 11. The sessions are designed to help children learn, create, and have fun through crafts, music, and play. Our goal is to teach morals, values, and resilience that can be used to navigate everyday life experiences.

Our vision is to inspire and encourage children to be their best selves by helping them understand their actions, feelings, and emotions through various methods, such as music, dance, crafts, and play. This will enable and empower them to make wise choices for themselves, their friends, and others they interact with.

We offer different services, including auditions, choir, and club, so that children can have a chance to learn, create, and have fun with like-minded peers. We are currently inviting children aged 5-11 to participate in creating the theme song for our fun learning experience. We are conducting auditions and inviting children accompanied by their parents/guardians for a 5- 8 minute audition. To ensure the safety of the children, we have a professional DBS panel that will select suitable candidates for this part of the project. Once the selection process is complete, we will invite the chosen children and their parents/guardians to a recording studio where they will record the track with a DBS-checked team. This will be used for future activities for Kidz Explosion.

16. Information about Kidz Explosion’s Audition Calls 

16.1  We are searching for 4 - 6 passionate singers and dancers who want to unleash their talent by recording our Kidz Explosion theme tune. Our music is designed to uplift and inspire children aged 5-11, empowering them to be the best they can be even in challenging times.

16.2  The audition is open to children aged 5-11 and is free to register. 

16.3 If you are under 16, you will need consent from a parent or guardian to register, and they must accompany you to the audition. 

16.4 You can choose to audition in groups of up to 4. 

16.5  Please ensure that you plan your trip accordingly and arrive at the venue on time.

16.6  Upon arrival, you will be taught the lyrics and dance moves of the Kidz Explosion chorus, which you will perform in your audition. This will take approximately 20-25 minutes.

16.7 To audition, you will need to:

a) Have your photograph taken upon entering the room.

b) Stand on the X on the floor.

c) Sing the chorus of the Kidz Explosion theme tune with the track.

d) Sing the chorus of the Kidz Explosion theme tune acapella (without the music).

e) Dance to the chorus of the Kidz Explosion theme tune.

16.8 Audition videos will not be published without the consent of the creator and their parent or guardian. 

16.9  Shortlisted auditionees will be contacted via their parent or guardian and may be required to attend further auditions in person.

16.10 Audition videos will be viewed by the CEO and other key members of the Kidz Explosion team for the purposes of short-listing and selecting the final six. 

16.11 Personal details of auditionees will not be passed on to any third party.

16.12 Kidz Explosion will contact the shortlisted auditionees 2 weeks after their selection. If a potential singer/dancer cannot be reached within seven (7) days, an alternative singer/dancer may be selected from the remaining entrants.

16.13 Kidz Explosion's decision is final. 

16.14 Shortlisted singers and dancers accompanied by a parent or guardian must be able to attend online and in-person rehearsals at a chosen location in Birmingham in March/April 2024.

17. Love Music, Love Dancing: for dancers of all abilities.

We at Kidz Explosion are searching for passionate dancers of all abilities who want to unleash your excitement for dance, by recording your moves for our Kidz Explosion theme tune. 

Our music is designed to uplift and inspire children aged 5-11, empowering you to be the best you can be even in challenging times.  

17.1   Our in person rehearsal will take place at: The Crescent Theatre, Sheepcote Street,Brindley place, Birmingham, B16 8AE. On Saturday 18th May 2024 @2.15pm-6.15pm.

17.2    Rehearsal will be split into 3 groups. 

Group A: Year 1 -Year 2

Group B: Year 3- Year 4

Group C: Year 5 - Year 6

17.3    You must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. 

17.4 Places are limited; therefore, bookings will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. 

17.5   To reserve your free place, please text/whatsapp or email:

Parent’s Name, Child’s name, Email address, Group A, B or C, to 07934 677 872.

17.6   You will receive confirmation of your place for the audition via text and email.

17.7   For the rehearsal you will dance to the chorus of our Kidz Explosion theme song. This catchy chorus will be taught to you at the on the day.

17.8   You will need to attend 2 online rehearsals. Wednesday or Thursday (23rd or 24th May 2024) depending on what group you are in (A, B or C).

17.9   A rehearsal video of the chorus will be sent to you so that you can practise in your own time.

17. 10  You must be available for recording on Friday 31st May 2024. Time and venue will be given once you have registered. 

18. Placing Orders for Products

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

18.1 Your Information

If you want to buy a product from our service, we may need you to give us some information about your order. This information includes your name, email address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date of your credit card, billing address, and shipping information. By giving us this information, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method you choose and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We may share this information with third parties who process payments to help us complete your order.

18.2 Order Cancellation

We may refuse or cancel your order for various reasons, including product availability, errors in product description or pricing, and errors in your order.

We may cancel your order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

18.3 Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Products you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

18.4 Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We continuously update our product offerings on the service, but there may be instances where the products available on our service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may experience delays in updating information regarding our products on the service and in our advertising on other websites. 

We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.

18.5 Prices Policy

Kidz Explosion reserves the right to revise its prices at any time before accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by Kidz Explosion subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of Kidz Explosion. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

18.6 Payments

Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or online payment methods such as PayPal.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorisation by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Please check these terms and conditions regularly, as we may update them at any time without notice. You agree to any changes if you continue to use kidzexplosion.co.uk after the terms and conditions have been updated.
